Fiscal year removal--classified and unclassified, position control reports, 1975-continuing : Management Information.

Removal reports are in two parts; position control reports and individual employee data review. The position control reports show name, rank, SS#, personnel types, activity types, object class, department/office, account, years towards tenure etc. They provide a view by semester of all appointments and positions of an individual. The individual employee reviews are a straight alpha listing by employee name that show a complete file/record for a given fiscal year only (not cumulative records).
